Gunsmoke Control Panel Sticker Artwork
Gunsmoke isn’t a game that would have normally hit my radar, but over the past six months I had two different people inquiring about reproducing the sticker artwork for this Capcom game. A couple of weeks ago I finalized a deal with one of the interested parties and got to work on the artwork. Now it’s finished and the intention is for Brian Jones to print up some copies. Here is the artwork. (more…)
Cheyenne Sideart Update, Sort Of
I have had an email or two over the past couple of months asking me about the Cheyenne sideart. While this project hasn’t been my baby beyond the five minutes I had it, I don’t mind replying and reminding people what is going on with the reproduction art for this game. (more…)
White Mr. Do! in New York
A little persistence and a good memory pays off. Last week I saw a post on the Klov forums by a member named ‘alphamonster’ (Eric D.). That rang a bell and I remembered that I was tracking down an arcade collector by the same handle who I thought had a white Mr. Do! with sideart. Moon Shuttle Marquee Scan

Sending out films for production that are considered oversize can add a little bit of time to a project. Well, Rich recently got a doozie of a deal that is going to make his capabilities to print full size arcade sideart much easier. (more…)
Mr. Do! Instructions Vector Progress 1
Short post tonight. Between three new website designs, deadlines at work as well as my MBA courses starting up again this week I still have found time to poke at vectorizing the Mr. Do! instruction card. Here is the progress to date. (more…)
Ever seen a set of Ms. Pac-man Stencils?
I was lucky enough a number of weeks back to acquire a set of Ms. Pac-man stencils from a private collector for a good price. Surprise surprise, they were waiting for me when I returned from Toronto this past weekend. These vinyl stencils are based off of Joymonkey’s (Paul Murphy) Ms. Pac-man .pdf file that was released to Local Arcade a number of months back.
I don’t remember the exact price Paul was offering to make these stencils for people, but it was at his cost hoping to attract a little less attention from the copyright police. But even at cost, a set of stencils to redo the artwork on a Ms. Pac-man cabinet is very expensive, and now you’ll see why. (more…)
