What’s it worth? Donkey Kong Jr. Parts
In today’s edition of ‘What’s it worth?’, a quick post for a Donkey Kong Junior ‘kit’ that sold recently in an auction on Facebook.
Donkey Kong Jr. Parts – Solid final price
There have been many individual collectors selling parts in auctions (“live sales”) on Facebook, more so after a lot of outside day to day life ground to a halt with the pandemic. A few of these auctions have some interesting items for sale, including an auction from April 27th that included some 59 lots of parts, artwork and other miscellaneous paraphernalia.
This post today covers just one one of those 59 lots – what was basically a ‘kit’ to make a Nintendo Donkey Kong Jr. which included:
- Working boardset (pcb)
- Marquee
- Bezel
- Control Panel Overlay
Final sale price (before shipping) = $280
Don’t have much in the way of photos to share, but here is a screen capture from the auction. This was a really good deal for someone.
