Photos of a cool ADP Space Phoenix
A quick post to show some photos of an ADP Space Phoenix that recently sold on eBay in Lengerich, Germany.
ADP / Jaleco Space Phoenix
I don’t know anything about this machine, and some quick searches didn’t turn up any information. I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t at least a flyer on Flyerfever.com.
The cabinet has a similar shape to Namco’s from the 80’s, including the design of the artwork directly integrated into the artwork on the control panel.
Photos from the eBay auction.
Here is a little bit of information directly from the seller (toofatforford):
I found it by accident and bought it in 1999 at a kind of professional flea market / antique market in Munich/Germany. I loved these games as a kid and I had it for 19 years in my house.
19 years for a single owner, that is appealing for whoever ended up purchasing this game.
And – the original auction description (Rough translation from German):
Sell (Space) PHOENIX arcade machine. Made in Japan. Original stand device from the 80s. The video game is running perfectly – only in the sound there is a noise (hum / buzzing). Only to pickup.
If you know anything about this game, have located a flyer or someone else who has owned one drop me a line.
