Everyone got together and got installed and baptized on the same day
In the morning Nokes got us up at the normal hour, too early… which worked out great because it meant we could go to Calvary and support Dave as he got installed. Sarah “took” me out afterwards for donuts, we split a bag of donut holes.
I worked when I got back, and then Sarah went to our church for service. They were doing all of the installations as well as little Michael’s baptism, so it was going to be a healthy service.
Dave called me around 11:15, and I headed over to meet him at the gym for our last day this week.
After I got home I made arrangements with a guy who was interested in buying the Tempest cabinet. He was going to make a really cool Mame machine out of it, and ended up taking it and I felt like that was meant to be. If you want to read more about my thoughts on selling the Tempest right after I got it, check out my post in the arcade section.
For the rest of the day, Sarah read her book and I worked diligently on transferring over blog posts into WordPress.
We took a short break to take Nokes down to Petsmart for some food and fun for him, all the smells, so exciting.
I also did some work stripping off paint from the Xevious cabinet I got this weekend.
Later on, we talked to my parents for awhile, and then her mom later on.
